paypal - Cannot find Instant Payment Notification (IPN) simulator -

which nice far needed sandbox.

just can't find is.

you can't find sandbox inside paypal. sandbox test platform developers can simulate payments. if code works in sandbox work in production enviroment paypal. should register developer account , begin test.

here can simulate ipn
