http status code 503 - 503 Errors with Apache httpd and Tomcat and mod_spdy -

i run server uses httpd , ajp proxy tomcat.

i switched on mod_spdy on server yesterday , started seeing 503 errors. have read because of number of parallels connections through mod_spdy may cause issue. case , how resolve this?
