android - sencha app build package gives me a java.lang.NullPointerException -

i use sencha architect build app.

then copy project files such app, packages, resources, touch, app.js, index,html empty app built sencha cmd. use sencha app build package build package, error comes. cmd window follow picture, can me?

i use win7+sencha cmd4.0+cordova+touch-2.4.1

i use "sencha app build package" , result pic
